4. Purpose of the processing of personal data
Personal data stored in the register is processed in accordance with the requirements of section 8 of the Personal Data Act for management, development, and analysis of Akukon Ltd's customer relationships, customer communication, marketing planning and targeting, customer service development and business planning and monitoring. In addition to Akukon Ltd, companies belonging to the same group as Akukon Ltd, as well as Akukon Ltd's commercial partners, can use the personal data stored in the register for customer communication within the limits set by the applicable legislation.

6. Regular sources of information
Only information provided and updated by the customer is stored in the register. In relation to an order, for purposes of credit check, a registered private customer can be asked for a personal identification number, which is not stored in any systems, and which is destroyed immediately after the credit check has taken place. The personal identification number is always requested to be submitted only by telephone, never by e-mail or otherwise in writing.
7. Regular disclosures and data transfer outside of the EU or the European Economic Area
Service providers and maintainers of Akukon Ltd's information systems act as operators of the register. Data is available to Akukon Ltd's subsidiaries and commercial partners outside of EU under the same conditions, access restrictions and confidentiality obligations as inside the EU.
8. Registry security principles
The data in the customer register is only available to employees and other designated persons who have the right to do so on behalf of their duties and need the information in their duties. Access to the system requires a username and password. The register is protected by a firewall.
Any personal data printouts are stored in the controller's offices, which are locked.
9. Right of inspection and or prohibition of the data subject
The customer has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in Akukon Ltd's customer register. An inspection request can be made by contacting the data controller's customer service.
Those registered have the right to demand correction of incorrect data or deletion of their data. A correction or deletion request can be made by contacting the data controller's customer service.

In addition to Akukon Ltd, companies belonging to the same group as Akukon Ltd, can use the personal data stored in the register for recruitment purposes within the limits set by the applicable legislation.

Only information provided and/or updated by the applicant is stored in the register.
Akukon Ltd stores identification and contact information of the applicants as well as the above-mentioned information related to their job application for archiving purposes and for later recruitment needs. Other information and information related to applying for an open position will be destroyed two years after a negative recruitment decision.
